Dear Gary and Sabrina,

My association with the Tisdell Construction goes back to year 2000, when we were looking for someone to build us a good home and at a reasonable cost. The problem was to find a good reputable builder. From all the enquiries that we made your names kept coming up as people who are trustworthy and great to deal with.

Our first home was built on time and on budget and it was a great home to live in. The process of building the home was made very easy by the two of you and your exceptional and friendly staff. After completing the first project, we came back and have had 3 more properties built, again on time and within the budget without any major traumas.

We have since gone to bigger projects and as we speak there are 2 more being built on one of our blocks and soon, possibly next year 3 more homes will be built by Gary and his great team of subcontractors. All in all I can say it has been a pleasurable association and since both have become personal friends of ours.

I have no hesitation in recommending Gary and his team to anyone who is contemplating in building a home without all the major traumas and dramas.
